Every build has a clear one-off price, and if your homepage preview isn't right for you, you'll get your money back. You can add a monthly plan afterwards if you'd like one, and if our prices ever change, you keep the price you started on.

Founding offer. Our first 10 clients get 3 months of the Visible plan for free, or AI Shopping Visible for store builds. There's nothing you need to do in return.

Offer terms

Who qualifies: new clients who order a Starter, Standard or Plus build, or start Site-on-a-plan. Store builds (Shopify or WooCommerce) get AI Shopping Visible free for 3 months instead.
When it starts: the 3 free months start on your launch day.
The 10 places are shared between website and store builds: 10 in total, not 10 of each.
After 3 months it simply ends, unless you'd like to keep it at US$60/mo (NZ$105, A$85) for Visible or US$70/mo (NZ$125, A$100) for AI Shopping Visible. You won't need a card for the free months.
How the first 10 are counted: in the order builds are paid for (or the first Site-on-a-plan month is). If a build is refunded, its place goes to the next client.
End date: the offer closes once 10 clients have joined, or on 31 March 2027, whichever comes first.
We don't ask for anything in return, like a review, testimonial or referral.

If your homepage preview isn't right for you, let us know within 14 days and we'll refund everything you paid for that build. Refund terms. Every one-off build comes with 3 months of Care. After that you can keep Care, or we'll hand over the code for free so you can host it anywhere.

Selling online?

An honest note about results

No one can control what AI assistants say, and their answers change from day to day. What we can do, on the Visible plan, is check your details every week, fix anything wrong on your site, send you the changes to make anywhere else and show you what was said each month. The same goes for Google rankings, sales and enquiries.

Pricing questions

Can I ask questions before I order?

Of course. The free check costs nothing, and you're welcome to get in touch with anything you'd like to know. We reply within one business day.

How do refunds work?

If your homepage preview isn't right for you, let us know within 14 days and we'll refund everything you paid for that build. The money goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days, with nothing taken off for fees. If your preview is ever more than 5 business days late, you can cancel for a full refund too. The full details are on our terms page.

Is there a contract?

Our monthly plans have no lock-in. Site-on-a-plan is the one exception: it has a 12-month minimum, because the build is included with no build fee.

Which currency will I pay in?

US, New Zealand or Australian dollars, whichever you choose. Each has its own set price, so it won't move with the exchange rate.

Do you charge GST?

No. The price you see is the price you pay.

Who pays for Shopify, themes and apps?

You pay those directly to Shopify and the app makers, in your own name, so we never resell them or add a margin.

What happens to my site if I cancel?

Your domain and content stay yours. We'll hand everything over and help you move to another host.
