You pay those directly to Shopify and the app makers, in your own name. We never resell them or add a margin, and the store is yours from day one.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No, and we'll never ask for it. On Shopify you give us collaborator or staff access with only the permissions you choose. On WooCommerce you give us a WordPress user account. Either way, you can remove our access any time.
Will you get my products into ChatGPT?
Shopify does that already for eligible stores. We check you're eligible, make your product data complete and accurate, and show you what AI tools actually said. No one can promise you'll be shown or recommended.
Will this increase my sales?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do is fix the things that often get in a shopper's way, then show you exactly what we changed, with before-and-after checks.

Who writes the product descriptions?
Our tools draft them from the facts you give us and a person checks them against those facts. You approve everything before it's published. We never invent specs, materials, origins or health claims.
